Joe and Benji appeared live in the WGN studios in Chicago on Steve Dale's Pet World on May 7th, and recorded interviews for his nationally syndicated show to air in June and July. Steve is an amazing advocate for animals and is incredibly knowledgeable on virtually any subject regarding pets. Of Joe and Benji, Steve says, "Joe Camp is a straight shooter, speaking for an increasingly not so silent majority of Americans yearning to bring principals like goodness, decency, responsibility and humility back to the media, particularly to the big screen. Joe doesn’t bark a gospel down to us, he delivers his clear unwavering message with a soft voice and a sense of humor.

"Joe Camp walks the walk…He easily could have gone to a Hollywood trainer to find a Benji, when instead he insisted on a shelter dog to demonstrate that even world famous Benji can be a street smart dog. Bucking the Hollywood system, Camp persevered and  as a result Benji is the most recognizable movie dog in the world today."

Steve is also author of the syndicated newspaper column My Pet World and a contributing editor to USA Weekend.
